A PIL has been filed in the Hyderabad High Court seeking action against Bollywood sex bomb Mallika Sherawat for using the Indian tri-colour in her upcoming flick 'Dirty Politics' in an objectionable manner.T Dhangopal Rao, a Human Rights activist, filed this petition against Mallika Sherawat. He even alleged Mallika and Producer Kastoor ChandBokadia has deliberately insulted the National flag in the movie's firstlook poster. He opined using tricolor for commercial purposes is an insult to country's honour and appealed the court to give a stay onusing such posters for film promotions. He appealed court to give directions to the centre to seize the related material and punish the guilty for violation of Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.In the poster of 'Dirty Politics', Mallika Sherawat who was draped ina tricolor below her waist sits atop a beaconed ambassador car.
